Return Policy

Hour Shape is committed to customer satisfaction. If your shirt didn’t fit or if you changed your mind about the style you purchased you can exchange or return the item free of charge. The item you are returning must me unworn, tags in place and shipped out within 30 days of delivery.

Please follow the washing care instructions on each garment. It is your responsibility to wash the garment properly to guarantee the best fit. Items will not be returned if damage is caused by improper care.

Steps to return your order:

1. Place your return item(s) in the original shipping box.
2. Fill out your Return Merchandise form included in your original order.
3. Affix the prepaid, pre-addressed return label on the box. Remove or completely cover old shipping label when applying the new.
4. Clearly write your order number on the new shipping label
5. Drop off at any U.S. Mail location

Hour Shape is ultimately not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

All returns will ship standard delivery.

Your refund will be credited upon our receipt of your unworn, tags in place item(s). Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank/credit holder may take an additional billing cycle to apply your refund.
